Chart35 Terms of Use

Effective date: July 28, 2026

1. The service

Chart35 is a personal fertility-cycle charting tool. Local charting, history, export, and deletion are free. An optional Chart35 Sync subscription provides ongoing encrypted server backup and multi-device continuity. Chart35 is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for instruction from a qualified FertilityCare Practitioner or health professional.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use Chart35 in a way that harms other users or infrastructure. The service is intended for adults.

3. Chart35 Sync subscription

• Monthly: 14-day free trial, then $2.99 USD each month.
• Annual: 14-day free trial, then $24.99 USD each year.
• The selected plan renews automatically for the same interval until canceled.
• You may cancel online at any time through Chart35 Settings → Chart35 Sync → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Stripe states otherwise. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
• Stripe processes payment details and may calculate applicable tax. The initial paid launch is limited to customers with a US billing address.
• In the enrolled US Google Play app, Chart35 may use Play's External Content Links program to open Stripe Checkout. Google Play determines link eligibility, may show an information screen, and receives required limited transaction/refund reports. Applicable Play program service fees may apply to the Developer; they do not change the price shown to you.
• If payment fails, Sync may remain available during a seven-day grace period. A lapsed subscriber can still download/export existing data and delete the account.

Prices and material renewal terms will not change without advance notice and any consent required by law. Refund requests may be sent to jacob@stephens.page. Statutory refund rights, if any, are not limited by these terms.

4. Privacy and health data

The Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain local storage, end-to-end encrypted Sync, provider sharing, Stripe billing, eligible Google Play external-link reporting, processors, retention, deletion, and your choices. Those policies are part of these terms.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Chart35 available and protect data, but no service is error-free. Keep your own exports. We may change or discontinue non-paid features with reasonable notice. We will continue to provide export and deletion access for a reasonable transition period when practicable.

6. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chart35 is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. For claims relating to a paid plan, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for Chart35 Sync in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using Chart35 or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, fraud, or legal necessity. Account deletion cancels a linked Stripe subscription before deleting Chart35 server data; minimal transaction or consent evidence may remain where legally required.
